    Um, just a guess.....but maybe you didnt give enough time for people to respond - I mean, I'll bet most were out enjoying their weekend day instead of sitting in front of their computers!

    Nope , well I guess some were, there were lot's of views, so it's not like it was not read, however it was typically the 'usual' " My ex is self employed business director etc etc' if the baliffs come in and take assetts that he requires to run the business etc etc.
    But many already realise someone who is unlikely to pay is going to be undeterred by the threats of baliffs and other sanctions either :o

    He paid in full thankfully so it looks like baliff action does work for some of us :j
