The csa phoned me on Friday to talk about the assessment letter they had sent me on the 25th of November.
I told them I haven't received any letter? And they are sending me it again
My question is... Do my csa payments start from the date of the non received letter or the date of the phone call (which was the first contact)

The letter, if it was sent to your last known address.I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0
