CSA taken payment in error. Now overdrawn with impending bank charges.
Hi - just after a little advice on how to deal with something. Basically, my ex wife made a claim against me via the CSA in back August this year, for reasons still unknown to me. We share childcare exactly 50/50 (although I do a little more on a week by week basis), down to us each claiming 1x child benefit each (we have…

Which Interest Rate on reimbursed DNA cost by CSA
(Please excuse my paragraph button is not working...lol) I was wondering if anyone knew the correct amount of interest the CSA should pay on money owed/reimbursed to a PWC/NRP. I have read many threads on here where a poster has advised it should be the Statutory Interest Rate of 8% but the CSA disagree. I am the PWC and…

Backdated Assessment
I have had and still continue many dealings/queries/investigations with the CSA lately. I had two cases...one of them is closed because my daughter is no longer a QC. Whilst having my queries with the CSA regarding my QC, I asked once again where are the £5.00 deductions which they advised you have deducted from the NRP…

Is it true?
Is it true with the CSA that a contact order, whether that is being adhered to or not, is the basis for a shared care claim? So even if the contact order wasnt happening, and the children werent staying with the NRP... the CSA wouldnt be interested? It would have to be amended?
