Hi all
My question is as follows.....is the asset variation of the ridiculous amount of 8% on the net equity of the property (per person) or the excess rent that we get from the property after expenses eg estate agent fees , maintenance etc have been deducted?

I've not read the link however in answer to your question the Variation on the ground of Assets is a statutory 8% of the nett value of the property.0
