IVA Advice
I've just started an IVA and have a PCP on my car which isn't included in the IVA. In just under 3 years a balloon payment of £3200 will be due on my car but as I'm in an IVA I can't put money away otherwise they will take it to use for my creditors - so how do I save for the balloon payment?

Just a quick query. I'm an undischarged Bankrupt on IPA for three years. I'm only about six months in to Bankruptcy but with what disposable income I'm allowed to keep, I've managed to save enough for a small used car. Around £600 or so. Just a run around for shopping etc. But I can't find anywhere online that advises if…

We have 3…

Living off credit - what happens when credit gone?
I'm not ready to go bankrupt yet, but am doing some research. At the moment I often transfer money from a credit card to pay my rent. Then I try and pay the money back the following month when I've been paid etc. This isn't ideal as I pay to borrow this money. But it does help me keep a roof over our heads. If I went…
