Failing IVA - Questions

Hi,
I have decided to end my IVA and I wanted to know, how long does it generally take and IVA company to distribute the funds I have amassed (as none have been so far) there is about £7000 in there. Also how long will it take for my creditors to start to chase me again?
Thank you all
Nik

They will chase you as soon as they know the IVA has failed. Doubt they will get much, if any, as the IP fees will be high.
They may make you bankrupt though.

Their fees are already highlighted and this is the amount left in the holding account after their fees, so hopefully they won't do that immediately!0
