Hi all Can I claim back the Court Fee for my Bankruptcy application? I thought I could and sent off form EX160 to the Court at Darlington. They've sent it back with a compliments slip stating:"This Court does not deal with Bankruptcy. Official Receivers Office matter." Can anyone advise? Many thanks!
