Still being dogged by dept collector after 11 years bankruptcy

Hi,
I'm dumbfounded, and wondered if anyone else is going through the same circle of round and round the mulberry Bush.
My husband and I went bankrupt in 2009. All of our depts were covered, nothing missed off, and yet, Link have written, texted, phoned me on landline and mobile for 11 years, and today I got two emails.
I've contacted the ombudsman over the years, twice but they have more important things to deal with and didn't reply, (that's not to be sarcastic, I'm sure they really do!), so I changed my mobile phone number a couple of years back and only blissfully had the letters coming every other month to ignore. And that's what I've done for 11 years. Not responded once, as after my husband, (a few years back), came to these forums, was told bankruptcy is bankruptcy; theres nothing they can do, so dont engage. Yet still they persist, with the new sudden access to emailing me.
I really am flabbergasted that they do this with no result. What is the point of it all?
I might also had we also still get a statement stating what we 'owe' (a joint debt covered by bankruptcy) from Santander.
Am wondering why they do this, and will this go on until I die and beyond...

I would write to them and advise that Section 285 (3) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 states that
“After the making of the bankruptcy order no person who is a creditor of the bankrupt in respect of a debt provable in bankruptcy shall... have any remedy against the property of person of the bankrupt in respect of that debt”
and that Sections 347 (limited right to distress) and 346 (enforcement procedures) apply in this case and that, if they continue to harass you, they are committing an offence and you will complain to the Ombudsman.1 -
Yes contact them as above. If it's been 11 years and they haven't turned up it's likely you are just shown as an outstanding debt on their file and they haven't updated it so you will continue getting automated messages until you speak to them.

it's also worth bearing in mind that, other than student and secured loans, all debts are included in bankruptcy, whether they were included on the form or not - this is why we have the insolvency register, occasional advertising of bankruptcies (when self employed typically) and the gazetteYou might have a case of harrasment which is a criminal offense, although I expect the police wouldn't be interested.1

Surely they need a licence to operate, so making a complaint to whoever govern the regulation to them is the way forward
Create a website with a contact form for people in the same position, if you can show that it is common practice within their organisation you will be in a stronger position to get them stopped.
