A friend of mine has paid money into a bank account of another friend (who is bankrupt) the account was kept open by Barclays but my friend can't login. Is there anyway the person can get the money back ? They have tried through their bank but the bank said ask the recipient. By the way it's only £30. Thanks for any help

I have come in tonight to a letter and claim form from the County Court Business Centre. PRA group have filed against me and I have 14 days to respond. I am scared. Has anyone been in this situation? I was made bankrupt in August, I am off sick from work at the moment, but when I return I fear my hours will be reduced or a medical retirement. I think with my reduced hours my take-home pay will be £1738.45 with NT tax code. The budget sheet I have done comes to £1742.92 Does anyone think an IPA will be set ?
