Around 50k of unsecured personal debt, no assets.

Someone with SOA knowledge will be along but some very high costs there are they what you actually spend?
Water £42 a month...mines £20
Also smoking and alcohol are not essential and should come out of your housekeeping which is substantial for 1 person

Well it looks to me like you are towards the top of what is acceptable. I'd run with those figures

If you are renting then why are you paying 'Building and content insurance £ 15.00 per month '?
Building insurance is the Landlords responsibility. 
Also you listed 'Personal and leisure £196.00 per month' AND 'Hobbies, leisure or sport £ 50.00 per month,
Seems pretty high for Misc. personal spend to me but what do i know
