Xbox one original- loud noise and hot!

No operating system download, system in reboot/restart loop
Dear All I am wondering if anyone can help me. I bought a refurb laptop off currys ebay and it failed to download windows 10. Now it is stuck in a reboot/restart loop as it can't open as there is no operating system. Does anyone have any ideas as currys ebay have not been helpful! Thanks for any suggestions!

Solar panels linked to immersion heater
My array of 8 solar panels is linked to my immersion heater. I see that the immersion heater switch is switched on. Does this mean that the immersion heater will be using electricity from the grid when there is no solar power.
