Google Duo on 2 devices

Hi i have google duo on my chromebook and also on my iphone, i've noticed that i only seem to receive videos etc through my chromebook though. Is it possible to make it synch so both devices receive/send/update at the same time?

Are both devices logged into the same Google user account?

Have you checked you have the latest version of the app on the iPhone and Chromebook?

Yes both are the latest version and linked to my gmail account and phone number

Only the device you initiate or accept the video call on will work while on the call. You won't be able to do it simultaneously on another device. Are you saying that you can't receive or initiate video calls from your iPhone?

If someone sends me a video message it only goes to my Chromebook and not my iPhone
