Can't switch iTunes account on iPad Mini

NB: Update problem SOLVED.
Realtek Semiconductor Corp. driver update for Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter "Successfully installed on 04/02/2017" It more than doubled my boot time. Rolled back to old driver and Voila. So I may need to block it permanently.
