How to get old and discontinued Windows Updates

Options
I've searched all over Google so now time to ask on here:

I'm trying to download a Windows update for Windows 8.1 that has since been removed by Microsoft, (KB3161608). The reason is to test some new software that some of my customers will use, and I know some of them have this update on their systems.

Does anyone know of any sites that keep hold of old MS updates such as these even after MS have removed the patch from their download site?

if you can't find it, it's probably been pulled as it's been superseded by another update, alternatively uninstall it from their systems...

I was going to say, Win7 still has updates.

Thanks for the replies, always appreciated.

The problem with KB3161608 is that even though MS have discontinued and superseded it, where it has been installed it stays installed. This means I'm unable to replicate exactly some of my users setup. I believe this patch still causes issues, hence why I'd really like to replicate my users systems by getting hold of this patch and installing it myself to see.

It seems on this one I am defeated.

You try telling IT people to uninstall MS patches from their servers when MS haven't said that themselves. Some will, most won't.

Hence why I ignored the advice.

    Thanks anyway.
