Hi guys, hope you can help with this one, I'm completely stumped!
So, I got my friend's old iPad and I've logged in with my own Apple ID and when I go to the settings I can see my info there. But in the App Store when I try to download anything it asks me for my friend's password and shows his Apple ID.
Help?

Get your friend, using the iPad, to visit
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201252
and follow the instructions there to reset the device completely, erasing all content and putting it back to factory settings. That will enable you to treat it as a new device to set up with your own account details and download all your existing stuff from the iTunes Store. The friend's password will be needed even to reset it. This should really be done before selling or giving away an iDevice as otherwise it's impossible for anyone else to fully use it.0 -
