Can I reassemble these Linux OS files back into an .iso image?
I want to try Zorin on my PC but can't afford the 695MB download. I've found the files on an old CD but I failed to burn the image because I didn't know what I was doing at the time. The files inside it seem to be intact, so can I return them to an .iso image? I want to put it onto a USB drive using unetbootin, which…

email contacts list
Is there a way to print off contacts list from email account? Someone else has asked me this....she has a dread of one day not being able to log in, perhaps if she dropped or lost her laptop. I have had a look and I can't find a way to do this. She wants a hard copy like an old address book would have been. I have to agree…

Acer laptop battery issue. Battery is fine.
The battery in my old Acer laptop was useless when i bought it so never relied on the battery ever. I now need to use it on battery alone so bought a new one. Inserted the new battery and it shows as 43%. I thought that was odd. I doubt they would supply a batter with only 43% charge. Usually 70-80%. Optimum storage…

Windows 8.1
Hi, I reluctantly "upgraded" this week to Windows 8.1 from XP and have been regretting it since. I think the root of my problem is that my motherboard (Foxconn K8M890 M2MB?) has been phased out so no Windows 8.1 drivers but not entirely sure. My system runs but is painfully glitchy and crashes constantly, screen flickering…
