Youtube Double Audio Problem

For some reason when I run youtube clips now (this started yesterday) I get a weird audio glitch and the audio plays twice with a slight delay. What's causing this? I have flash and another plug in installed and i deactivated the original (not flash) one,but it's made no difference.

Why on earth would you recommend such an idiotic idea? It is a completely harmless install and resolves many conflicts and is used by millions. Please get your facts right before jumping in with foolish suggestions. And BTW you haven't even posed a solution yourself.“Learn from the mistakes of others.
