Hi peeps I'm wondering if anyone can help me, every now and again I get:- iexplore.exe - Application Error, that says - The instruction at 0x02d80ed2 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program. Can anyone tell me what this means and what I should do - if anything?

I've got a name in a 34 page story I want to change but the find and replace isn't working. I've tried all sorts of combinations, highlighting all, not highlighting all etc. I have even done a repair on Word and rebooted but no go. Any ideas?
