Faulty Samsung tablet from amazon
Got my son a Samsung 10.1 tablet last Dec 2012 (just after Xmas) it has gone faulty now and the screen does not work. I cant see where amazon get involved with repairs after so long since purchase, its still in a 2 year guarantee. DAK do I need to contact Amazon or how can I get it repaired? thanks

I have just started to get a message come up telling me that scripthelper.exe wants permission to download to my computer when I go on the internet.I do not know what it is and probably do not want or need it. How can I stop it happening? It is driving me mad as it is happenng so frequently when I am trying to browse.

system restore?
I want to make a backup image on a separate partition on my hard disk similar to a factory restore partition that is accessed by pressing an F function key such as F4 while booting the computer. Is this possible and how would I do it?

Re-install apps ?
How do I retrieve a couple of apps on my GoTab 7 inch Dual Core 8GB Android 4.2 Tablet ? Via the apps store, it says they are already installed (and so they were), so there is no opportunity to reinstall them. Can't remember if they were preinstalled or if I had installed them, not that that makes any difference I suppose.
