Re-install apps ?

How do I retrieve a couple of apps on my GoTab 7 inch Dual Core 8GB Android 4.2 Tablet ?
Via the apps store, it says they are already installed (and so they were), so there is no opportunity to reinstall them. Can't remember if they were preinstalled or if I had installed them, not that that makes any difference I suppose.
