Got my son a Samsung 10.1 tablet last Dec 2012 (just after Xmas) it has gone faulty now and the screen does not work.
I cant see where amazon get involved with repairs after so long since purchase, its still in a 2 year guarantee. DAK do I need to contact Amazon or how can I get it repaired?
thanks

Hi,
Be quick and report it to Amazon. They will give you a refund most likely. Then you can buy it again at a lower price and have another new warranty. My friend does this sometimes and Amazon are amazing.
Other option is you could get it fixed with Samsung. Not as convenient. They have it collected, fix it, send it back. I did this with my Tab 7 once. Warranty stays the same...
