Incomplete Boot-UP!
Recently my win7 PC as failed to boot up properly. It quite often stops about half way though and then "freezes". This seems to happen about once per 3 boots. The other times it boots up normally. The only back is to switch off power and reboot again. Any ideas how to get a smooth normal boot-up?
