Hi all,
Would like to make a five page brochure website. I do not know how to use html, so I'm looking for a company that offers a good website building and hosting package at a cheap price.
Any suggestions?

There are loads on google, but remember cheap often means lack of quality.
How are you visitors planning on finding you, through google? If so then you're going to need a decent site and someone that really knows what they are doing with key words, meta data..etc...
What price do you have in mind? You could proberly get it done for around £300 maybe even less.
Do you really know all the stuff that you want on the site? I've had people say can you do me a website and just I've done some basic sites, but when I say ok, they can't provide me with the information to put on the site.
Remember web designers know how to get stuff onto the web, but they don't know your business or how you want to market yourself.
Sorry just reread your post, are you wanting to self build using there software etc?
A bit like this?

Or have someone professionally build the site for you?

That total creation website is a joke. The bill themselves as "Londons leading web designer" on a really ugly website and offer a bespoked website for £34.99? The warning signals should be pretty apparent.
I have been a self employed website designer since 2001 and I can tell you with a fair degree of confidence that the prices they are quoting are not sustainable.
Self employed designers have to charge £30 to £50 per hour to make a reasonable living. I can spend two or three (unpaid) hours discussing requirements and dispensing advice to prospects before getting them to commit to my services. £34.99 for a bespoked website is so obviously false.
If you get a proper, trustworthy designer to build your site for you expect to pay from about £300 to £600. This should include the design, advice, consultancy and basic search engine optimisation. Go to a larger company and you could pay £3000 for this.

Yeah, it's a bit like advertising new cars for £50. Would you buy from an advert like that?"Some folks are wise and some are otherwise." - Tobias Smollett0

Sorry I wasn't pushing totalcreation honest. I just put in web builders into google and posted the first link as an example.
But at least it has highlighted the fact about cost and quality!Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz0
