help with email
my mum and dad have just bought their first PC. They are with sky we have set up a sky email, a msn email and a yahoo email and cannot get into any of them. Monitor goes on and off!
Basically, our 3+ yr old Compaq monitor flashes on and off on boot up, and the only way of sorting it seems to be to physically unplug the Paower lead for a few hours. Fair to assume it is shot?

PC won't load windows
We have 2 PC's which are networked via a wireless router. Last week PC 1 started to act up,windows wouldnt load,and it kept shutting down and rebooting itself but never opened,so we disconnected it from the system intending to take it to be repaired.
