I have been denied access to a few websites in teh past few days as they state that they require my system to have cookies turned on.
As far as I am aware they are turned on
I know how to delete cookies, but not turn them on - can anyone help?

Assuming IE;
Tools>Internet Options>Privacy and hit the default button. Then hit apply. This will give you the recommended settings for normal surfing, or so MS will tell you.
