Does anyone please know how to stop the automatic drop down menu of previous searches, that appears when i start to enter a new 'search' on, say Google.com? It's annoying to say the least, and i don't want all other pc users in my home to see what my previous searches have been.. (not that they're dodgy or anything!) but…

USB Device Not Recognised
I am having problems connecting my printer and digital camera via USB. On about 2 of every 4 attempts it comes up with error "USB Device Not Recognised". I have to switch off my laptop and when I switch it back on the device works ok. I have installed the software ok, I am on XP, any ideas how to fix this Thanks

Which movie editing software.
Although I've shot a fare amount of video I've never got round to editing it and burning DVDs. I played around with movie maker but it has no built in DVD authoring software built in, also an early version of U-Lead. what's the recommended editor that's easy to use and that's not too expensive. Avg Problem
McAfee and AVG When I try to look at AVG since installing the latest edition I get: "Could not initialise Anti-Virus kernal interface. Application cannot run." My son in law suggested this was something to do with McAfee being on this computer. Is he right? If not, what does it mean?.

I have Sky Plus and am looking to cancel. If I do this and then when we move we start again but just have a Sky contract. Will my Sky Plus box still work? I am trying to get around paying the £10 surcharge for using the box without having premium chanels. ;) Thanks.
