what should i check on my laptop,i have done spybot but not got anything else to run

Not sure what your issues are so only general advise can be offered.

Assuming spybot is up to date I would reboot in safe mode and run it again to see if anything is picked up. Then after rebooting normally I would download a free copy of AVG anti-spyware and free copy of adaware. Again run these in safe mode to see if anything pops up. I tend to find that the different applications find different issues.

If you have an up to date anti-virus run that as well. If not then download something like AVG ant-virus free edition and run that (takes a while). If you don't have a software firewall download zonealarm free edition and learn how to use it (not too difficult). have fun:)
