Laptop - new or refurbished?
Any advice please on whether it is better to buy new or a good make (I am looking at IBM that was originally about £1400) refurbished. Also if I buy a laptop with Vista, will I be able to put an older version of office onto it, will it be compatible? Thanks

Burning DVD's
Hi all When I'm, burning DVDs, if I use Nero, it takes a while, but I can put in chapter marks in order to skip to certain points. I've started using WinAVI to convert the .avi file to DVD format and then using Nero to burn the DVDs. Much quicker but I can't seem to find how to insert chapter marks. Anyone any ideas?
