Hi Guys, I`m after a new Camcorder as my old one has went belly up. I would like some advice on the best one to get £200 - £300. Where is ITV 4 on Freeview?

VERY quiet laptop
I've bought a Packard Bell laptop SW51-B012 X2 TL50 and have tried to watch a film on it this weekend and it's sooooooooooooooooo quiet. Tried turning up the volume and it's on the max. Am I doing something wrong, or is it supposed to be quiet? Thanks folks.
