by the look of the trojan's name, it looks like you have Avira Antivir... you can e-mail their support team if you want in depth information regarding this specific threat.
Trojan-Clicker's are usually used to increase the ratings of specific sites chosen by the programmer... they cause your browser to open up the site, usually an affilate site where the programmer gets money everytime the site is opened or someone purchases something from the site via the link... i think0 -
