refund for loss of services
i have had a constant loss of services for the past 4 months - the engineers have been out over 5 times and now, fingers crossed it is mended - they are offering me £50 compo for this when i pay £150 a month - obviously, i am not prepared to accept this..........any advice please? thanks

Microsoft are ending support early in July but I cant afford to get a new pc yet so I still have to use this win 98 one. I have a CD-R/RW Drive and want to get some new discs. It says in the book 16x record 10x rewrite 40x read. Can I get any discs for this and is the difference between R and RW that the R you cant rub out and reuse but the RW you can?
