An easy way to find out which drive is the primary slave?
I'm getting an error on boot up; "Smart failure predicted on primary slave. Back up and replace" Is there an easy way from within Windows XP Pro to see which drive is which? Is this error basically telling me that I have a HDD about to fail or could it be something else?

External USB drive dies!
I have a 160gb USB drive (partitioned into 3) plugged into a USB2 PCI card (no hub) when I try to transfer a large file(s) £100mb+ it gets about halfway then all the lights on the drive go off, and a couple of mins later windows will tell me that the drive has become unplugged. Anyone know why? and if it can be sorted?
