printer- using after 8months idle -probs
2 Epsom printers, trying to get to work after 8m none use, fresh ink, many many head cleans via the pc, but cant get black to print on one, black & yell on the other, poked about with wet tissue in the cartridge carrier.... in both printers i cant get the head / carrier out its fastened to rails ... ideas please thx

Help Mouse Scrolling Problems
I have just had to reload windows due to re-formatting my hard drive. Now, for some reason, my mouse is scrolling oddly. It used to scroll web pages, via the wheel, smoothly. I have gone to the control panel nd changed the settings for the number if lines it scrolls but i can't get it smooth again. Can anybody help.
