Boot up without keyboard?

Is it possible to boot pc without a keyboard attatched? my ongoing problems turned out to be faulty bluetooth adaptor for my keyboard and mouse and i am now using them but connected to my belkin adaptor but it doesnt recognise the keyboard on start up so was wondering is there anyway round it? Any thoughts please?

I beleive you can set in your bios to 'not halt on any errors' which would include a no keyboard present error0
