Multiple Channel Video Capture to PC?
I want to set up several video cameras and channel their outputs to the PC. Are there cards that just take composite video in, TV tuner is not essential. Perhaps there is a better USB solution or something else ? Cheap solution appreciated. Thanks

I am running w98se and within the start-up options there is a program titled qug.exe. I have looked on google but could not find anything about this. Has anyone heard of this? Should it be on my PC? If no, how do I remove it? Thanks in advance Cheers
