I need some advice!
I am fed up of changing my email address every time I change ISP. Can I buy a domain name for my family and create email addresses linked to this? Or can you suggest any email service providers.
Basically I want a relatively cheap way to send and receive emails with four different addresses for each member of the family and to be able to access these via outlook express.
I am a bit of a novice so any advice will be much appreciated.

Ken....if you want, I can send you 4 Gmail invites. No cost to you, and no fees either. Can also be accessed through Outlook
(I'll need you to pm me a valid email address to receive these).I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.

yes yes you can...if you just buy a domain using someone like 123-reg then you can use them to host email accounts...have a look over there and see what i mean. its cheap ~£8 for 2 years...
note: these accounts normally forward your emails to another address eg you buy
z@x.com and have all forwarded to q@isp.com if you change isp you can just change the forwarding address to Z@newisp.com...if you get my drift?
other than that get yourself a gmail account, you will never loose these as long as you signin every so often?
