Internet connection on new computer
Please how do I re-install my btsurf24/7 on a new computer, the easiest way. I have e-mailed CS, and got back two pages of instructions to do it manually. Is there an easier way to do it, as I read in the help section, you can re-install the software? Why is I was told to do it manually. Thanks

I've got a PC and the internet access and Outlook are fine, I've got a wireless laptop where I can access the internet but get error messages when sending e mail.
