Poor quality beds!
I have just moved into a 2-bed flat with someone else and paid a deposit, inventory fee, one months' rent plus agency fee and realised today that the mattresses are of very poor quality. We can hear (& feel!) the springs groaning beneath us when we sit on the beds! I don't want to start moaning straight away and it is up…

I've just called them and they said it was not possible, but in my…

Student Accounts
Is it just me, or does the Student Accounts Article (link in the latest email) suggest that the best accounts are the ones with the biggest overdrafts? Having a massive interest-free overdraft really tempts you to spend - I know I wouldn't have spent half as much as I did as a student were it not for all that "free money".…
