bham uni accomodation

Hi,

If your starting at birmingham university this year I advise against the student accomodation offered by them. It's riduculously expensive- (i was paying £427 a month) the net connection barely functions, the accomodation in places is not nice, our bathroom was mouldy, the kitchen sink smelt awful and the kitchen was coated in grease we just couldn't remove. I'd advise you to find a room in selly oak, thats where most of the students live its much cheper.
Also don't forget to go to the freshers fair.
