Lloyds Bank PPI Claim DSAR request
Just wanted to know why Lloyds Bank PPI Claims Dept. have asked me to submit a DSAR to Lloyds Bank .Why can't they access the records that they already hold? Are they just stalling? Also is there a template DSAR letter available? Thanks I am struggling with this, as may be obvious from my question!
