Clydesdale Finance

I am wanting to make a PPI claim for a loan I took out through Car craft but unfortunately I don't have the loan details. I have checked my credit file which states the loan was with "Clydesdale Finance". My question is: Is this part of Clydesdale bank or is it part of Barclays Partner Finance?
I initally thought it was with BPF but I had the loan between 2008 and 2010 which was after Barclays took over Clydesdale Financial services which makes me think its not with them but not sure!
Any help would be appreciated!

You complain to the seller. Not the lender (unless the seller was employed by the lender or a representative of the lender). So, in your case, you complain to the car dealer.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Which, in the OP's case, would mean contacting Grant Thornton, who are acting as administrators for the defunct Carcraft.0
