Reclaiming PPI on Loan and Credit Cards

Hey All, just looking some advice and guidance, in regards to reclaiming PPI on my loan and credit cards. Few guys in my work have reclaimed PPI, though don't fancy doing through a company that takes a percentage.
I am from Northern Ireland and have an Ulster Bank credit card, an Ulster Bank loan (7 years in length) and a Barclaycard credit card.
Was wondering the following:
- Do I make 3 separate claims for PPI?
- Do I use the companies template? I have noticed that this website says to write to bank. Though the company's website have forms to fill in for reclaiming PPI so which do I use?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks, Phillip

What do you think has been done wrong, when and by who? Do you even know if you had PPI? Do you believe you were missold it?
There is no such thing as a "claim for PPI". This is terminology made up by spurious CMCs who want to con people into giving them authority to make a complaint on their behalf without really appreciating that what they are doing is complaining (i.e. accusing someone of wrongdoing). For this reason, they use terminology such as "claiming" and "reclaiming" to trick you into believing that they are only seeing if you are entitled to something, rather than aggressively accusing people of wrongdoing which is often exaggerated and at worst outright lies.
There is also not something wrong with having taken out a PPI policy and having taken one out does not mean you should complaint to the seller. What you have heard referred to as a "claim" is actually an allegation that they misled/misinformed you into purchasing a product that you would not have done had you been correctly informed.
So, do you think you were missold a policy and if so by who? Whoever you feel has missold you a product, you just write to them and explain it. The standard method is to use the FOS PPI questionnaire (google it if you need a copy). Alternatively, a sincere personal letter will do just as well. Stay away from templates, complaint handlers can spot them a mile off and it just makes you look like a chancer.0
