Hi all, I have recently had MBNA send me a letter with regards to PPI reclaim. I have just had a reply from them saying my claim has been rejected. Is there anyway to dispute this? I.e Tribunal, Ombudsman, Small claims court? Many Thanks JB

I had a call yesterday from a PPI Claim chaser about "a personal loan which I took out in April 2004". When I pleaded ignorance of such a loan, the man quickly rang off. Are these companies now fishing for bogus claims?
