My daughter got a letter a few weeks ago from HSBC saying that they might have miss sold her and she had to fill in a form
She had been in a bad place when she took out this loan and others and just couldn't remember so her whole form was filled in with 'don't knows' and 'can't remembers'
Today she got a cheque for nearly £800 result, all from telling the truth, about a loan over 6 years ago

An £800 cheque that quick would be an auto payout McKneff. Most banks operate a floor limit to auto payout. Good news for her.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
