ppi claim whilst in an iva

I have a successful ppi claim. I currently have 4 years left. I spoke with my iva company and they have said the rules around ppi have changed recently and if I have claimed from settled debt that isnt included in my iva im entitled to or may be entitled to keep some of the money is this true??? Help

Daughter had to pay her ppi claim towards her iva, this was a couple of years ago though.
