Canada Square Operations?

Can anyone give me some advice please? I've received a letter this morning from a Canada Square Operations about PPI on an old loan I had from Egg . I've never even heard of Canada Square Operations and wondered if this letter is legitimate or a scam?:think:

I second that.. they are the insurers. I filled out my form sent it back and got an offer.. worth a go!

I didn't even remember the two loans I had with EGG, and because they were all online, I had no way of accessing anything from years back.
I took a chance and filled out the form Canada Square sent me, mainly with the words "DON'T REMEMBER" or "DON'T KNOW".

Within a week I had an offer of £987. I nearly bit their hand off and sent the confirmation letter back. About a fortnight later I got the check and paid it straight in ... paid for a deposit for a new kitchen. Bonus !!!
