Last week I sent the letter I found on this forum to reclaim mis-sold PPI. I have received a reply today from MBNA thanking for my letter, they are looking into my claim. They will respond again within 28 days. My question is: Is this good news? From other posts I have read some people get refused straight away. Many thanks

I have apparently been paying PPI on this account for 19 years and didn;t realise it. I have written to Next and they are not playing ball according to them for a cupole of years there was an opt out clause on the invoice ( i never noticed it) Has anyone had any success taking these people on?

I have had a letter from the Financial Ombudsman who have advised B/Card have agreed to refund my PPi, but from their letter it seems like what they are saying is they will deduct it from the balance owed on my card. We have just reclaimed £9977.48 from Capital one for them mis selling us PPI :j:j:j Thank you Martin for your help we sent off one letter and then completed the claim form for the financial ombudsman.
