hey guys, I'm about to make a claim to Santander who over charged me about £350... I paid it off and closed the account about 8 months ago. But can't seem to find my card or letters with my account information. Is there a way to claim it back or have I truly shot myself in the foot? Thanks, Adil

Getting nowhere with bank
