Hi wondering if anyone could help and advise me.
I wrote to Lloyds about reclaiming bank charges back about a month ago now, and they replied in writing within a week saying they were not going to give me anything etc etc..... Well I disagreed with their response and replied in writing immediately, its been over 2 weeks now since I sent my reply (which in the template letter says they should reply by) Should i send them another letter to see whats going on or should I wait?!?!

May I ask, what were the reasons you gave for disagreeing with the bank's original response?0

I believe the bank did not take into account my financial hardship that i wrote over 2 pages, they simple sent me a standard letter they send everyone who trys to claim back and some leaflet to organise my outgoings. Considering I was personal in my letter I feel they did not take my financial hardship into account.0 -
