hey guys,
I'm about to make a claim to Santander who over charged me about £350...
I paid it off and closed the account about 8 months ago. But can't seem to find my card or letters with my account information.
Is there a way to claim it back or have I truly shot myself in the foot?

What is the basis of your complaint?
One assumes you realise the banks won the court case on bank charges and no longer consider complaints on the basis of them being unfair or excessive?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
